Crispy Mallow - HFSS Compliant

Crispy Mallow was an exciting new project for our business. Tasked with creating an HFSS compliant product that still delivered on taste and value, our development team set off on an ambitious pursuit.

As always our fantastic team delivered. Our chewy marshmallow flavour launched first in April, followed by the chocolate delight flavour in June, both have been positively received by our consumers (and in the office!).  

 Both flavours hit the low calorie goal of just under 70 cals per bar. Not only low in fat, sugar and salt but these tasty treats are vegetarian friendly and gluten free.
